United States Shipping
RBG Cannons ships to US addresses by UPS. Please check the cannon or blank shell pages for restricted states or cities. UPS affords both our customers and us tracking and insurance on your order. Please provide a full street address for shipping. All shipping charges are extra. Please note that shipping charges added during checkout process are estimated shipping charges only. Shipping charges will be adjusted as necessary when your package is shipped. Most orders arrive quickly. However, since we do not have control of shipping once the package has left our premises, please allow 2 weeks before tracking an order. If you include your email address with the order, we will be able to email you a UPS tracking number.
We accept all major credit cards. We do not ship any C.O.D. orders.

International Shipping
RBG Cannons will ship internationally under the following conditions:
Customs, Duty Tax and VAT
Your parcel may be subject to a customs, duty or VAT tax. The regulations concerning whether or not your order will apply vary by country and it is the obligation of the consumer to obtain information concerning these taxes and pay them if neccessary. You can usually obtain this information by contacting your postal office or customs office. RBG Cannons, LLC will not falsify any information on the customs forms.
Packaging
RBG Cannons takes great care in packing your order to ensure its safe arrival. RBG recycles packaging material whenever possible - we ask you to do the same.
Sending a Gift
If you would like a gift sent, please provide the full name and address of the recipient in the ship to box. Please indicate that the order is a gift. RBG is happy to include a message with your order - please let us know what you would like the message to say. We will e-mail you a confirmation and reciept.
Returns
We will accept returns for refund if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product and you have not fired it. You must notify us in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 10 days of notification of intent to return. It must arrive at the store undamaged in saleable condition. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item. We do not refund shipping. Returns sent without an authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged during shipment by UPS, save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us and we will place a claim with UPS. UPS insures all shipments and so far has made good on them. You may have to allow a UPS representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. We will replace the product at the carrier's expense. If you request that we use the US postal service and decline insurance to save on shipping cost, any adjustment for damage will be between you and the post office.
Canceling Orders
If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you e-mail us immediately at [email protected]. Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated above, but we will not refund the shipping cost.
ORM-D Consumer Commodity Shipping
How we ship orders that include ORM-D Consumer Commodities.
When shipping in the United States and your shipment contains additional parts or accessories to be shipped with ORM-D consumer commodities, the entire shipment may be made via UPS Ground unless you request items to be shipped separately via a faster method. We will comply with your request; however, the ORM-D consumer commodities will then be shipped via UPS Ground. In order to ship items considered to be hazardous materials by air, including ORM-D Consumer Commodity items, the shipper must be licensed as a hazardous materials shipper. Since we do not have the licensing required to do so, we will not ship by air. We are committed to the safety of our carriers and the public at large. ORM-D material is a limited quantity of a hazardous material that presents a low risk of hazard during transportation due to its form, quantity, and packaging. The proper shipping name for all ORM-D material is "Consumer Commodity." Not every hazardous material permitted to be shipped as a limited quantity can qualify as an ORM-D material. The ORM-D category is recognized for use within the United States only. ORM-D materials cannot be sent in international mail. It is packaged in a form intended or suitable for retail sale. Often, the material may be mildly hazardous, but when combined with other hazardous substances, it may represent a significant risk. A simple example is a can of compressed air. Often when cans of compressed air are shipped by airplane, because of the reduced atmospheric pressure resulting from flying at high altitudes, the can of compressed air will explode. While an exploding can of compressed air may not present a significant danger in itself, it can pose a great danger if it explodes in proximity to other volatile products.
Will you ship ORM-D items to non-U.S. Destinations?
Only the US. Since both the U.S.P.S. and UPS carry other international shipments as airfreight, ORM-D items can only be shipped to the US at this time.
Why do other companies ship ORM-D items by air and you do not?
There are special licenses required to ship ORM-D good via air which RBG Cannons does not have.
What does the ORM-D Designation Mean?
Most ORM-D orders will be shipped via the UPS ground only (surface). At this time, ORM-D shipments are restricted to destinations in the United States. Since the U.S. Postal Service considers Priority Mail as air, ORM-D commodities cannot be shipped via Priority Mail or UPS Air.

- We reserve the right to refuse to process any order or to refuse to ship to certain countries.
- Processing of international orders takes longer. Please allow time for us to pack and weigh your order and estimate the postage & handling cost. We will e-mail this information to you before your order is processed and shipped. We must have confirmation of acceptance of shipping costs and policies before your order is finalized.
- Most orders are shipped by International First Class Mail. Delivery for most shipments is estimated by the US Post Office at 7-10 days. Although most parcels arrive in this time frame, there can be delays due to many factors including higher volume of mail, increased security concerns and time to clear customs.
